Jacob Towles is an associate in the firm’s Houston office. He is a member of the Merger and Acquisitions, Corporate, and Restructuring practice groups.

His practice focuses on a variety of complex business transactions, corporate matters, and contract work. He assists clients ranging from private companies, private equity firms, and their portfolio companies on middle market mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, and general corporate matters across various industries. His experience includes advising clients on entity formation and corporate governance matters, preparing governing documents, coordinating due diligence, and drafting an array of transaction documents.

Prior to joining the firm, Jacob served as an associate at a global law firm where he worked in Mergers and Acquisition, Healthcare and FDA, and Corporate Restructuring & Insolvency practice groups. Jacob also assisted companies within the Healthcare industry in general corporate matters.
