Ewing & Jones offers competitive rates for both full-day (8 hours) and half-day (4 hours) mediation sessions for commercial litigation and business disputes. Should more time be needed to attempt to reach an amicable resolution of a dispute, additional time is charged at the mediator’s current hourly rate and divided on a pro rata basis among the parties. Mediation sessions are offered both in-person at the Firm’s offices or remotely via Zoom. For in-person mediations, lunch, snacks, and beverages are provided.
