Phillip Williams focuses his practice on real estate and commercial law. Phil is experienced in key facets of the real estate industry, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, leasing, development, entity selection and formation, and joint ventures.

Phil graduated from the University of Texas in 2008 and received his Doctor of Jurisprudence from South Texas College of Law in 2011.
