Jeff Swartz has been a practicing patent attorney since 2011. Jeff represents clients in matters related to patents, trademarks, and copyrights, with a focus on domestic and international patent prosecution. Jeff has drafted and successfully prosecuted over 100 patent applications with a particular expertise in oilfield exploration and production equipment. Jeff has also worked in the patent development office of a major technology company where he helped manage their patent portfolio.

Jeff is a member of the State Bar of Texas and is registered before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Jeff earned his Bachelor of Science in Biomedical and Mechanical Engineering from Duke University in 2008. He graduated from The University of Texas School of Law in 2011.
