Conner Bourne's primary practice is in the area of corporate and transaction law, specializing in mergers and acquisitions as well as financing transactions. Conner previously spent many years as a litigation attorney, where he spearheaded numerous negotiated settlements. This afforded him invaluable experience in both representing a diverse set of clients and in consummating contractual agreements to client satisfaction.

Conner is a Member of the State Bar of Texas and the Houston Bar Association including the Mergers & Acquisition Section.
