Caleb’s practice focuses on corporate and transactional matters, including entity formation, corporate governance, contract drafting and negotiation, and mergers and acquisitions. He is admitted to practice in Texas and is a member of the State Bar of Texas and the Houston Bar Association, where he is active in the Corporate Counsel Section.

Prior to joining Ewing & Jones in 2026, Caleb began his legal career at a law firm where he advised businesses on a wide range of corporate issues. During law school, he served as a student attorney in the University of Houston Law Center’s Entrepreneurship & Community Development Clinic, assisting local businesses and entrepreneurs with transactional and organizational matters.

Caleb earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Master of Accountancy from Baylor University in 2016, followed by his Juris Doctor from the University of Houston Law Center in 2025. Prior to law school, Caleb worked for six years as an accountant and financial analyst. This financial background continues to inform his meticulous approach and ability to navigate complex business issues for clients.
