David M. Crimmins, II

Litigation

David was born and raised in San Diego, California. After moving to Washington State, David earned bachelor degrees in both Sociology and Religious Studies from Seattle Pacific University. In 2006, David obtained his J.D. from South Texas College of Law.

David served as the Head Clerk of the 151st District Court of Harris County with The Honorable Caroline E. Baker from 1998 to 2005. David's employment with the 151st District Court afforded him a valuable “behind the scenes” look at the practice of law. It was during his tenure as clerk of the 151st that David developed a love for the law and made the decision to pursue a career as an attorney. To accomplish this goal, David obtained his J.D. while still working full-time in the court system.

David has represented both individuals and corporations from both sides of the docket in court and arbitration proceedings. David's practice is primarily focused on commercial litigation, but he has experience representing clients in a variety of areas including labor and employment, disputes over non-competition agreements, as well as fraudulent transfer and alter ego litigation.
